Bleeding Easy! With Stahlbus Bleed Valves
Share
Stahlbus bleed valves makes air-free brake or clutch filling & bleeding quick, simple and foolproof. They are available as bleed nipple or banjo bolt replacements.
These premium German made valves have a 2-part construction. The lower part screws into the caliper, slave cylinder or union and is never disturbed, thereby protecting the original threads from wear or damage. The upper part seals to the lower with an O-Ring and contains a sprung ball valve.
When opened (by undoing half a turn) the ball valve is free to operate, allowing fluid travel in one direction only. The brake or clutch can then be bled or filled as easily as operating the lever or pedal, or applying a vacuum to the bleed valve (open by one and half turns for vacuum use). If pressure drops, the ball valve seals the circuit ensuring no air re-enters. Simply lock the valve and the job is finished.
The result? Hydraulic circuits bled or refilled correctly first time in minutes with no special tools, and no damage or wear to calipers or other hardware.
They are ideal for race bikes, high mileage fleet bikes, owner serviced machines or any discerning owner who appreciates a superbly engineered solution to brake or clutch servicing.
